The days of conventional schooling, where the teacher stands in front of the class and lectures the students until the bell rings, are over. Move over conventional and congenial schools and make room for Ms Collegiality….. or the Collegial Model of schooling.
Not only does collegiality call for active learning and the exchange of higher order thinking skills inside the classroom, but also outside. The spirit of collegiality ranges from the finance department to the front office. One school team working in unison to provide the best educational experience for its students.
