Teacher accountability has continued to grow over the last decade, so we thought it would be a good topic to discuss. In this podcast episode, we talk about different ways to observe teachers, understand high stakes testing, and give feedback.
We draw on a few of our own experiences and from Bambrick Santoyo’s book, Leverage Leadership. Additionally, we have seen through experience that good feedback is one of the best things you can offer to a teacher.
Have you experienced any bad observations and post-observation meetings? Feel free to share with us anonymously and let us know what went well or what didn’t.
